Our meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM from September through June (with the exception of December).
We meet at The Nature Place, located at 789 Myrick Park Dr, La Crosse, WI. This is accessed off of La Crosse St.

Annual Meeting and Potluck
We will start with a potluck at 6 PM. If you would like to join the potluck, please bring plates, utensils, and a dish to share.
The annual meeting will include board and officer elections and other business. This will be followed by photo sharing by members.

Dr. Alysa Remsburg & Beth Piggush - "From Ivory Towers to Indigenous Territories: Reimagining Land Justice"
Dr. Alysa Remsburg is a Professor and Program Director of the Sustainability and Environmental Studies minor at UW - La Crosse.
Beth Piggush is a Lecturer in the UW - La Crosse Environmental Studies Department.
Their presentation presentation will include information and photos of the Hinukwas Native Tree Trail and discuss the concept
of land justice and land-back initiatives around the country.

Ryan Burner, Ph.D, Wildlife Research Biologist with the USGS in La Crosse, will give a presentation on his adventures in Antartica and about Antarctic Penguins
and other wildlife.

Annual Potluck
Our last meeting before our summer break is the potluck, followed by birding on the trails. We will have the potluck at a location to be announced. Please bring
dishes and of course, a dish to share. We will have the potluck at 6PM and go birding when we're done eating!
